Senior Mechanical Engineer

Overview

In this role you will lead and deliver mechanical building services projects from conception to completion in a Manchester-based consultancy. You will work within the Building Services team to support the current project pipeline and broaden experience across sectors, while mentoring and developing junior engineers. Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Lead project delivery within the Building Services team
• Develop and maintain client relationships; pursue opportunities in Manchester
• Support and mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with senior engineers to drive project success

Key requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in mechanical building services design
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop relationships and pursue new opportunities
• Ideally Chartered engineer or working towards membership
• Based in or willing to work in Manchester
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
