Senior / Associate Cost Manager (MEP Cost Management) – Health & Life Science

In this role you will lead cost consultancy efforts for large healthcare projects within a London-based Engineering Services Real Estate team. You’ll work across feasilibity, cost planning, procurement, tendering, and post-contract activities to deliver high-quality cost management for complex MEP-focused schemes. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cost consultancy activities across feasibility, cost planning, procurement, tendering, value engineering, commercial management, and post-contract administration
• Promote a safe working environment and uphold company values

• Contribute to projects requiring technical evaluation, analysis, and problem-solving

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services in the MEP space
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
• Degree or HNC level qualification
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience delivering MEP elements of work for clients
• Knowledge and contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below)
• Experience using digital software for cost management delivery
• Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
• Previous experience in Health or Life Sciences is preferable
