Overview
In this role you drive the long-term vision for Lyst’s mobile commerce platform. You’ll work with designers, data scientists and engineers to ship iOS/Android improvements and new features that leverage large data sets for a compelling user experience. You’ll define roadmaps, run experiments, and build internal data-driven tooling to understand and influence user behavior. You will mentor the mobile team and shape how Lyst stays at the forefront of mobile ecommerce. This is a high-impact, autonomous position with a clear opportunity to influence product direction and outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the mobile product roadmap for the iOS app, including requirements gathering, user testing, design, planning and performance optimization.
- Design and build automated, data-driven internal systems to understand user behavior and measure impacts of features (A/B testing signals, keyword/product trend data).
- Develop tooling to support cross-functional teams (search, personalisation) and implement small, varied enhancements to the platform.
- Lead R&D projects around user retention beyond email marketing, exploring new engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with Data Science on semantic and textual inference to surface relevant products to users at the right time.
- Provide direction and mentorship to the wider mobile team and champion mobile ecommerce as a leading capability for the company.
