Responsibilities
- Set direction and day-to-day oversight for the conveyancing team
- Uphold outstanding client service and ensure files progress transparently
- Drive quality assurance across transactions and embed best practice
- Own regulatory compliance, accreditation, and lender-panel processes
- Produce clear performance reporting for senior stakeholders and refine processes
- Develop relationships with referrers and stakeholders; work with marketing to raise visibility
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years in residential and commercial conveyancing
- Proven track record of 3 years supervising and motivating conveyancing teams
- Strong understanding of property law, procedures and end-to-end file management
- Confident with compliance frameworks and lender-panel processes
- Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritise deadlines
