Overview
In this role you will support Darktrace’s Cybersecurity Compliance programme by maintaining information security standards, shaping policies, and guiding risk and incident management. You will collaborate across the business to ensure security compliance and support customer assessments. You will help drive continuous improvement through non-conformance handling and process development. Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of information security standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27018, CE)
- Develop, implement and enforce information security policies and procedures
- Lead non-conformance capture for continuous improvement and identify risks, incidents, or regulatory changes
- Assist in managing security-related incidents with existential risk to personnel, assets or infrastructure
- Support information security risk management by identifying, evaluating, treating and monitoring threats to data confidentiality, integrity and availability
- Provide compliance support to the business and engage department leads to ensure security compliance
- Ensure resiliency and redundancy for the Director, Cybersecurity Compliance with certification workflows
- Support management and completion of customer security assessments and inquiries
Key requirements
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, information security, risk or compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication with cross-team collaboration
- Ability to analyse information, identify issues, and contribute to process improvements
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of information security standards (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, or data protection principles) beneficial but not essential
- Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
