Overview

In this remote Product Manager role, youown defined product workstreams from writing requirements to ensuring delivery quality with engineering and QA. You collaborate closely with a Senior Product Manager and QA to close the loop, supporting a SaaS offering in a fast-moving startup environment. The role combines product ownership with hands-on QA awareness, enabling high-quality releases. You will contribute to a remote-first team while occasionally meeting in London and benefit from a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Own defined product workstreams, writing requirements and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate with engineering to deliver against standards
• Ensure built features meet QA quality expectations and close the loop between product and QA
• Collaborate with a Senior Product Manager and QA team in a small, fast-moving environment
• Leverage AI tools to inform day-to-day decisions

Key requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in product management, QA, business analysis, or related SaaS role
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Confluence
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work
• Strong written communication enabling engineers to build from documentation
• Ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving team with minimal process overhead
