Senior Defence Business Analyst – Hybrid (FCAS/GCAP)

World Class Defence Organisation is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst on a subcontractor basis for an initial 2-year contract. The role supports FCAS/GCAP programmes within Defence, with hybrid working: 2 days onsite in Stevenage (or Bolton/Bristol) and the remainder from home.

You will translate operational needs into clear requirements, lead workshops, ensure traceability, and collaborate with engineering, procurement and leadership across international partners.
