Job Description:
Partnerize is seeking a Vice President of Customer Operations to drive post-sale delivery across onboarding, integrations, support, and delivery operations. Reporting to the CRO, you will translate strategy into execution, optimize time-to-value, and scale services margins with AI-powered efficiencies.
You will lead global, multi-disciplinary teams, define KPIs, and tighten handoffs between Sales, Customer Success, and Services to support account expansion and Net Revenue Retention.
