EMEA Director of Employee Relations & Compliance

Legora is seeking a Director of Employee Relations & Compliance for EMEA, based in London. You will own end-to-end ER casework, employment-law compliance across six markets, and build dedicated ER capability as Legora scales.

You will report to the EMEA People Director, collaborating with Employment Counsel and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent, legally sound outcomes and risk management across the region.
