Director of AI-Driven Talent Acquisition

Aristocrat is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead regional TA strategy, embedding AI into hiring and driving data-driven, insight-led decision making. You will partner with the VP and senior leaders to scale a high-impact function across markets.

In this role, you will build and lead teams of Talent Acquisition Partners, advance AI adoption across Workday, Paradox, Metaview, and other tools, and translate insights into action while ensuring governance and compliance across regions.
