The Lighthouse Schools Partnership is seeking an experienced KS3 Literacy Specialist to support secondary schools in strengthening literacy provision and reading outcomes. You will join the English Hub team to deliver professional development and evidence-informed approaches to reading fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary development.
You’ll work with school leaders and teachers across a collaborative network, coaching on interventions for struggling readers and supporting regional literacy
