Competitive Weekly Earnings
Our associates have the opportunity to earn approximately £450–£600 per week, with annual earning potential of £24,000–£30,000. With commission that isn’t capped, there’s scope to increase your earnings based on your individual results.
Work with Established Businesses
Get involved in representing well-known UK brands and helping them connect with new audiences. You’ll gain exposure to different marketing campaigns, including face-to-face B2B promotions, residential campaigns and event-based marketing.

What Does the Role Involve?
As a member of our sales team, you’ll have an active role in introducing brands to potential customers and creating memorable interactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with People: Approach and engage with customers, creating friendly and professional conversations.
- Introducing Brand Campaigns: Communicate the benefits of different products and services in an engaging and informative way.
- Generating New Business: Help clients expand their reach by identifying potential customers and generating interest in their campaigns.
- Representing Our Clients: Maintain a professional image while delivering positive customer experiences.
- Contributing to Team Performance: Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet campaign objectives and achieve shared targets.
- Building Your Experience: Develop valuable skills in communication, negotiation, customer service and sales through practical experience.
