Bereavement Case Handler – Sensitive Customer Support

Sanderson Recruitment Plc in Newcastle is seeking experienced Case Handlers for a large remediation programme. You’ll manage customer cases from investigation through to outcome, review information, assess evidence, and make fair decisions in line with agreed processes.
