Job Description:
CYGNET Hospital Ealing is seeking a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN or RNLD) for Sunrise Ward to inspire, support and supervise the delivery of excellent care across day and night shifts.
You will lead care audits, provide clinical leadership and mentoring, maintain quality improvement, and support the annual plan. An essential two years RMN/RNLD experience is required, with strong documentation, risk management and a patient‑recovery focus.
