Production Operatives Required – Spalding.

Staffline is currently recruiting Production Operatives to work for our client based in Spalding.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established food production business working within a meat processing factory in a chilled environment.

FREE transport from Hull to Spalding and back is provided. You will also be paid for your travel time.

This role may be suitable for students looking for flexible working days.

Working Days Available

  • Monday
  • Tuesday
  • Thursday
  • Friday

Shift Time: 6:00am – 2:00pm

Please note that transport collection times will be approximately 3:15am from Hull to ensure arrival on site before the start of shift.

The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour.

Your Time at Work

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Preparing and processing beef and pork products
  • Working on a busy production line within a food manufacturing environment
  • Using knives and production equipment following full training
  • Trimming and preparing specific cuts of meat
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Packing and preparing products for dispatch
  • Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
  • Working as part of a team to achieve production targets

  • You will be standing for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Manual handling is required as part of the role
  • Full training will be provided
