Salmon Processing Operative (Afternoon Shift)
Monday-Friday | 2:00pm-10:00pm | £12.80 per hour
We’re recruiting Salmon Processing Operatives to join a busy salmon processing factory. This is a hands-on role working on a fast-paced production line in a very cold environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable with physical work and standing for long periods. This role is with an Immediate Start.
The Role
Duties will include:
- Heading fish
- Pin-boning
- Weighing
- Packing
- Line work / production line duties
- Stacking products
- General factory/processing tasks as required
You’ll also be required to adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations at all times.
What we’re looking for
- Happy to work in a very cold food production environment
- Able to stand for long periods and carry out repetitive tasks
- Good attention to detail (quality, weights, packing standards)
- Reliable and punctual for a Monday-Friday shift pattern
- Previous factory/food production experience is helpful, but not essential (training provided)

- Temp to perm after 12 weeks for the right candidates

- £12.80 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 2:00pm-10:00pm
