Group HSE Leader — Multi-Site Safety & Compliance

Zertus UK & Ireland is seeking a Group Head of Health & Safety to lead HSE across Humdinger, Kinnerton and Lir Chocolates at five sites. You will shape the strategy, lead a team of professionals and report to the Group Operations Director, ensuring compliance, culture and continuous improvement.

The role requires senior leadership in manufacturing, NEBOSH Level 6, and a proven track record in multi-site HSE delivery with Board-level communication.
