We’relooking for Female Support Workers to join our friendly team inExmouth. This is a sessional role with flexible shiftsavailable:
- 8am–2pm
- 8am–10pm
- Monday to Sunday

About the Role
You’ll be supportingwomen with personal care needs, helping them live independently,confidently, and joyfully. Your role will include:
- Assisting with daily routines and personalcare
- Supporting with household tasks andhealthy living
- Encouraging independence andemotional wellbeing
- Taking service users intothe community to enjoy activities like shopping, going to cafés,visiting the beach, attending local events, or simply enjoying awalk in the park
- Helping them build confidenceand social connections through fun, meaningful outings
Whether it’s a quiet morning at home or anafternoon adventure in town, you’ll be there to make every momentcount.
Who We’re Looking For
You might be:
- A CareAssistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant
- Or someone brand new to care, with the right attitude anda big heart
