Responsibilities
- Handle a steady flow of corporate transactions including M&A deals, restructures, and investments
- Engage directly with clients, participate in negotiations, and manage matters with increasing responsibility
- Collaborate with partners on complex deals to develop technical and commercial skills
- Work with a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses and cross-border transactions
- Contribute to a culture of high-quality deal flow with a focus on career development
Key requirements
- Dual qualification (NI and England & Wales) or ROI
- At least 1 year PQE in corporate law (higher PQE also considered)
- Strong technical grounding with a commercial, deal-focused mindset
- Confident in client interactions and taking on early responsibility
