Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of housing disrepair claims (pre- and post-litigated)
• Draft interlocutory applications
• Liaise with Counsel to progress cases
• Manage cases through to settlement
• Operate within a supportive, well-regarded team

Key requirements

• Housing litigation experience at NQ to 6 PQE
• Open to retraining from personal injury to housing litigation

• Good communication with Counsel
• Team collaboration and willingness to work within a supportive team
• Experience handling housing disrepair claims
• Drafting interlocutory applications
• Case management and settlement progression
