Overview

In this role you will create and refine high-quality client and internal presentations, shaping visual stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will translate complex data and concepts into engaging materials, develop templates, and ensure brand consistency and governance across outputs. You will contribute to the presentation production process, driving improvements and exploring AI-enabled workflows. This is a client- and stakeholder-facing role that combines design excellence with strategic storytelling within Asset Servicing Deal Management.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality presentations and collateral for clients, prospects, executives, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Client Experience, Asset Servicing, and business teams to shape visual narratives
  • Translate complex data, systems, workflows, and concepts into clear materials
  • Create bespoke templates and assets, sourcing imagery and graphics from approved resources
  • Produce proposals, RFP responses, executive summaries, and marketing collateral to a professional standard
  • Apply BNY brand guidelines and style guides consistently across outputs
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, version control, and file management throughout production
  • Work with SMEs and approvers to refine content and maintain approvals
  • Contribute ideas to improve the presentation production process and explore AI-enabled workflows
  • Support multimedia and collateral development needs as required

Key requirements

  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud capabilities (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Expertise in presentation design, typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
  • Experience producing print-ready documents and executive/client-facing collateral
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to visualize and simplify complex information and business concepts
  • High attention to detail, formatting, copy consistency, and compliance awareness
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to onboard midstream on projects
