Responsibilities
- Advise on pre-action strategy and risk analysis for property disputes
- Manage high-value commercial and premium residential real estate disputes
- Engage in mediation, arbitration and litigation
- Handle disputes within investment portfolios and development contexts
- Build trusted client relationships and manage a diverse caseload
- Collaborate within a high-performing team in a hybrid working environment
Key requirements
- Proven experience in real estate disputes (essential)
- 1–4 years’ PQE focused on real estate disputes
- Exposure to build environment or development sector (desirable)
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or Scotland)
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
