Senior Manager – Enterprise Data & Analytics – AI Factory

Overview

In this role, you act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to identify where AI can add value and to shape transformation strategies. You’ll translate business needs into enterprise-scale AI-enabled solutions and data ecosystems, ensuring adoption across the organization. You will drive governance, risk, security, and measurable value while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale AI capabilities and deliver impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation with strategic recommendations and implementation plans
• Lead complex consulting engagements aligned with commercial objectives and measurable value
• Explore Generative AI, intelligent agents and automated decision-making across business functions
• Translate requirements into scalable AI-enabled applications, workflows and data products
• Advise on modern data ecosystems: cloud platforms, data products, semantic modelling
• Oversee AI solution design aligning with tech, processes and teams
• Establish AI governance, risk management, security, and performance monitoring frameworks
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business teams for adoption of new tech
• Define commercial success measures and ROI for transformation initiatives
• Lead client proposals and develop new business opportunities
• Support practice growth through propositions, market engagement and thought leadership
• Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing teams

Key requirements

• Significant experience leading Data, Analytics and/or AI transformation programmes
• Experience in consulting or senior client-facing environments
• Proven ability to work with executive and C-suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Experience moving organisations from AI experimentation to enterprise adoption
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, intelligent assistants and AI-enabled automation
• Experience shaping enterprise AI architectures and integration with enterprise systems
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms, semantic layers, data products, AI evaluation, security and governance
• Strong commercial capability in shaping propositions and leading client engagements
• Excellent communication skills translating complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Genuine interest in emerging Data & AI technologies and practical business application
• Track record in practice development, thought leadership and market engagement
