Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity) from instruction to completion
- Provide clear, proactive communication to clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient transactions
- Maintain high standards of client care and compliance
- Support the firm’s long‑term growth strategy
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor; proven conveyancing experience
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine passion for residential property work
