Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of water, wastewater and flood infrastructure projects across the design lifecycle
- Manage multidisciplinary design packages from concept to handover with clients and suppliers
- Collaborate with clients and partners to secure stakeholder buy-in for innovative solutions
- Develop line management and mentor junior team members to grow capability
Key requirements
- Experience delivering water and wastewater engineering projects with multi-disciplinary knowledge
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams
- Relevant experience with water company, consultancy or contractor
- Hands-on design experience for complex wastewater treatment solutions
- Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience
- Chartered or Incorporated with ICE, CIWEM or working towards it
- Experience in feasibility studies, options appraisal and design for water company clients or DB contractors
