Responsibilities

• Own a varied portfolio of clients and act as main contact for owners and senior stakeholders
• Oversee delivery of accounts and advisory assignments to high standards
• Manage and coach junior and senior team members to support development
• Build strong client relationships and provide practical accounting and performance advice
• Contribute to development of the advisory offering and support business development
• Attend meetings and provide strategic guidance to clients and leadership

Key requirements

• Qualified ACA or ACCA
• Experience managing a client portfolio in an accountancy practice
• Strong understanding of accounts preparation, advisory services, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Proactive, commercially minded with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Leadership experience and ability to develop people
