Overview

In this role you will shape and deliver people strategies that strengthen performance, leadership, talent pipelines and culture across a complex global environment. You will partner with senior leaders in Legal & Compliance, HR, and Communications & Government Affairs to translate priorities into impactful people solutions. You will lead talent, leadership, capability and culture initiatives, driving transformation and an enterprise mindset. This is an opportunity to influence governance, workforce planning and cross-functional HR delivery in a high-impact, hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent strategies and succession planning for critical roles to build diverse leadership pipelines
  • Drive high-quality talent reviews, development planning and career pathways
  • Coach leaders on talent outcomes including attraction, development, engagement and retention
  • Identify and develop future leadership capability
  • Act as trusted adviser to senior leaders on people and organisational matters
  • Shape leadership succession, capability development and deployment strategies
  • Translate strategy into workforce plans and capability building, including digital and AI priorities
  • Lead organisation design, effectiveness and change initiatives
  • Partner to build an inclusive, high-performing culture and drive employee experience improvements
  • Lead cross-functional HR initiatives delivering integrated people solutions and governance guidance
  • Champion continuous improvement and use of technology/AI to improve organisational effectiveness
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, careers and reward activities
  • Manage governance and compliance considerations in people matters

Key requirements

  • Significant HR business partnering or leadership experience in large, complex, matrixed organisations
  • Proven success partnering with and influencing senior executives
  • Experience leading organisational design, transformation and complex change initiatives
  • Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, leadership development and workforce planning
  • Strong business acumen linking people priorities to business outcomes
  • Data-driven decision making with workforce insights to shape strategy
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a global environment
