Corporate Solicitor

Overview

As a Junior Solicitor in the corporate team, you will support market-leading transactional work for a diverse client base across NI and the UK. You will work closely with a supportive team that provides training and mentoring to help you develop quickly. You will be involved in corporate workstreams such as mergers and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, and some private equity, capital markets, and finance. Responsibilities

• Contribute to mergers and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs and private equity transactions
• Support capital markets and finance workstreams
• Advise and assist a mix of clients including listed companies, PLCs, partnerships, startups, and PE/VC-funded entities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading transactional work
• Provide timely, precise legal input and support to senior colleagues
