Responsibilities

• conduct valuations for tax-related purposes and related advisory work
• support tax transactions and compliance in collaboration with clients and intermediaries
• apply multiple valuation methodologies to diverse share types
• contribute to planning and execution of corporate reorganisations and equity reward projects

Key requirements

• 4 years+ tax experience for Manager (or 6 years for Senior Manager) with exposure to valuations
• CTA and/or ACA qualification preferred but not essential
• experience preparing valuations for contexts such as tax-advantaged option plans, employment-related securities, CGT market value transactions, probate values, reorganisations
• familiarity with key tax areas in Equity Reward and Valuations
