Overview
In this senior, strategic HR leadership role, you will shape workforce strategy for our Naval Nuclear business within a highly regulated, unionised environment. You’ll lead HR teams to deliver excellent people services, partnering with senior leaders to align people plans with business priorities. You’ll drive design, transformation and workforce planning to meet future capability needs, while guiding complex employee relations and using data to influence decisions. - Partner with senior leaders to shape workforce, talent and organisational strategies
- Drive organisational design, transformation and workforce planning
- Oversee complex employee relations and provide guidance on change and performance
- Use people data to influence decisions, boost engagement and leadership capability
Key requirements
- Senior HR leadership experience in a large, complex organisation
- Proven experience building high-performing HR teams
- Expertise in workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, talent management and change management
- Track record leading large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
