Overview

In this role you will coordinate and administer training and requalification programmes at the HatTech Training Centre, ensuring accurate records, compliant certification data, and smooth delivery of courses. You will liaise with hospitals, trainers, delegates, and accreditation bodies to provide a professional, responsive learner journey. You’ll support reporting, continuous improvement, and the day-to-day operations of the training centre to uphold high standards. This role offers hands-on impact in a regulated, stakeholder-facing environment with opportunities to contribute to accreditation readiness and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate STMVA and GSA trainer and re-qualification programmes
  • Manage participant bookings, joining instructions and course documentation
  • Produce and maintain course materials and training resources
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the STMVA Director and team
  • Maintain training records and certification databases; monitor expiry dates
  • Produce monthly reports and management information
  • Serve as primary contact for training enquiries; liaise with hospitals, tutors and accreditation bodies
  • Coordinate HatTec facilities: room bookings, equipment, materials; maintain professional learning environment
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices; support administration of external course fees and budgets
  • Support audits, accreditation reviews and quality assurance; identify process improvements

Key requirements

  • Previous experience in Administration
  • Experience with finance systems / payment processes
  • Experience in a training centre or L&D coordination role
  • Experience coordinating training programmes or events
  • Experience maintaining databases and producing reports
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in a regulated, compliance-focused environment (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
  • Database management
  • Reporting and management information generation
  • Knowledge of finance systems / payment processes
