Mechanical Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a Mechanical project within a tier-one MEP contractor on a multi-million pound M&E package for a large Cambridge office project. You will manage the in-house delivery team and external sub-contractors, ensuring site safety and compliance. You’ll report progress using Fieldview on an iPad and coordinate across disciplines to meet project goals. Responsibilities

• lead and coordinate the self-delivery team and external sub-contractors
• ensure health and site safety standards are implemented and followed
• oversee project reporting and progress tracking, including Fieldview/iPad usage
• manage project delivery on a ~£60M M&E package for a large commercial office
• drive coordination across trades to meet milestones and quality targets

Key requirements

• proven Mechanical Project Manager with Building Services/M&E experience
• prior M&E fit-out experience is advantageous
• track record of managing complex, large-scale projects
• experience with on-site safety management and compliance
• familiarity with Fieldview reporting is advantageous
