Lead Business Execution Project Manager and Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will manage multiple workstreams within the International Banking and Capital Markets Change portfolio, coordinating Front Office, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations and Technology to enable new capabilities and regulatory-driven change. You’ll lead cross-functional programs, drive delivery of large-scale transformation, and improve governance and readiness across the business. This is a hands-on, collaboration-rich role that shapes regulatory and infrastructure initiatives with measurable impact. You’ll work closely with business execution leadership to accelerate outcomes in a complex, risk-aware environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from strategy to execution across multiple streams
• Drive accountability and efficiency while managing risk exposure
• Assess strategic approaches and assess business performance
• Perform fact-finding analyses to solve complex issues and recommend solutions
• Facilitate decision-making and support implementation of plans
• Collaborate with Business Execution team and leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members in Strategy and Execution

Key requirements

• Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
• Capital Markets, Lending or Investment Banking programme delivery experience
• Strong business execution, project management and change management skills
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations and Technology
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, business readiness and implementation governance
• Experience supporting regulatory, infrastructure or business transformation programmes
