Senior Knowledge Lawyer – Bristol

Overview

In this role you steer the firm’s knowledge strategy and drive its global rollout. You’ll create practical tools and precedents, and lead training for lawyers and clients. You’ll collaborate across practice groups to coordinate knowledge initiatives and support learning projects. This is a chance to shape knowledge-led learning, sharing know-how, and innovative legal delivery at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Steer knowledge strategy and support its global rollout
• Create and update precedents, templates, checklists, and practical tools
• Lead legal training, webinars and podcasts for lawyers and clients
• Collaborate with clients on learning and content projects
• Coordinate knowledge initiatives across practice groups

Key requirements

• Around 8+ years’ PQE as a Knowledge Lawyer/PSL or fee earner ready for a knowledge-focused role
• Genuine interest in knowledge, innovation and legal tech
• Strong drafting, research and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex issues simply and clearly
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building firm-wide relationships
• Proactive, organized approach and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience supporting legal teams and understanding client needs
• Insurance/litigation experience is a bonus
