Overview

You will lead revenue optimisation for a portfolio of attractions, setting pricing and inventory strategies to maximise admissions and accelerate commercial growth. The role works across senior stakeholders to align data insights with business objectives, shaping revenue capabilities and maintaining high-performance leadership. You will drive continuous improvement and influence decision-making at a senior level in a fast-paced, commercially minded team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of revenue optimisation strategies across attractions portfolio
  • Maximise admissions revenue and pricing performance
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate commercial growth and respond to market opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Revenue Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, Finance, Operations, and Consumer Proposition
  • Provide strategic direction and champion best practices in revenue management
  • Lead and develop a team of revenue professionals
  • Shape future revenue management capabilities and influence senior decision-making
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and commercial excellence

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or related field
  • Minimum six years’ experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Consultancy, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation
  • Proven experience developing and implementing pricing and revenue optimisation strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Experience in travel, tourism, leisure, hospitality, or attractions is advantageous
