As a Cover Supervisor, you support schools when teachers are absent, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students stay engaged. Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities provided by teaching staff
- Supervise whole classes and keep students engaged in learning
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
- Support the wider school team to ensure pupils have a successful school day
Key requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience with children, young people, or roles in education, care, sport, youth work, hospitality, or customer-facing fields (beneficial)
- Confident, organised, adaptable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
