Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious property matters
• Advise clients on landlord and tenant disputes, easements, restrictive covenants, trespass, lease renewals, breaches, rent/service charge recovery, and property insolvency
• Draft court documents, pleadings and correspondence with strong drafting skills
• Conduct case management and progress matters to resolution
• Collaborate with experienced litigators on headline matters
• Support clients with commercial awareness and tailored legal strategies
• Ensure high-quality client service and clear communications across matters

Key requirements

• 2-6 years PQE in property litigation
• Solid understanding of property law and litigation processes
• Strong drafting and case management skills
