Overview

In this role, you will maintain and optimise the integrity of the client’s HR systems, including Workday, Cornerstone, HR Portal and Avature. You will support the HR team with hierarchies, user and role management, and data operations, while diagnosing issues and testing new features. You will create reports, dashboards and documentation, and collaborate with regional and global HR teams to deliver timely HR projects. This is a hands-on position with a focus on data quality, system processes and stakeholder engagement across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and validate Workday (and other HRIS) data and hierarchies
  • Troubleshoot issues and test existing processes to identify root causes
  • Support HR Ops with system-based business processes
  • Create ad hoc reports, run and schedule reports, and build dashboards
  • Review integration failures (hires, job requisitions) and assist data validation/cleanup
  • Develop and maintain HRIS documentation and training materials
  • Test new features, support HR projects and cross-team initiatives
  • Interact with stakeholders across time zones and collaborate in regional/global teams

Key requirements

  • At least 2 years of HRIS Workday experience
  • Proven experience with Workday and defining system processes
  • Strong data validation and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven, cross-time-zone environment
  • Knowledge of Cornerstone, HR Portal and Avature is advantageous
