Overview

In this role, you will lead multiple fitness and wellbeing sites, ensuring exceptional member experiences while driving revenue and retention across service lines. You’ll operate with a customer-centric, beneficiary-led approach and own daily operations including P&L, service delivery, and team leadership. The position spans front-of-house, F&B, and ancillary services, with a focus on growth, compliance, and operational excellence across multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a beneficiary-led service culture across multiple sites and service lines
• Own complaints management to SLAs and drive trend-based improvements
• Manage concierge/front-of-house, fitness teams, and F&B service
• Drive commercial success and member retention for services (subscriptions, swim, F&B, retail, creche/nursery, junior programming)
• Develop initiatives to boost customer satisfaction, sales, retention, and profitability
• Deputise for General Manager when required
• Handle HR, payroll, and membership administration in compliance with policies and legislation, ensuring operational systems are effective
• Maintain complete daily operations and P&L accountability across sites

Key requirements

• Experience in multi-site leadership in fitness or consumer industries
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional member/customer experiences
• Strong commercial orientation with responsibility for revenue and retention
• Ability to manage operations, finances, and people across multiple sites
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, and membership administration and compliance
