Overview

In this role you act as the local technical expert for TOMRA’s Reverse Vending Machines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize machine performance. You’ll analyse data to identify improvements and support deployments and new installations across the UK, while linking UK teams with global R&D and operations. You drive solving complex technical challenges and share knowledge through training. This is a growth-phase role that places you at the heart of a sustainability-focused tech transformation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical specialist for RVMs and related systems
• Analyse machine and operational data to spot trends and drive performance improvements
• Provide technical guidance and configuration support to internal teams
• Lead resolution of complex technical challenges across functions and regions
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for technicians and service teams
• Support new machine installations and ensure smooth transition from deployment to operation
