Overview
As Strategy & Operations Lead, you will drive data-backed decisions for Faire’s international business and shape the strategic roadmap. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to translate insights into action and growth. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives that impact company metrics, including international market expansion. This role offers high visibility, cross-functional impact, and the chance to influence how the global shop-local movement scales through data and execution.

Responsibilities
- Break down complex problems to reveal actionable insights
- Analyze customer, product, and business data to identify growth opportunities, focusing on Brand (supply) opportunities
- Lead large cross-functional strategic initiatives with partners from Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.
- Develop hypotheses, run in-depth analyses, and present recommendations to leadership
- Provide thought partnership to ensure data is used thoughtfully across the organization
- Support prioritization, planning, and launch of new international markets
- Demonstrate independent judgment in analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and execution
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in strategy, analytics, finance, consulting, or business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Good business judgment and cross-functional collaboration across Product, GTM, and operations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- SQL experience strongly preferred
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deliver high-quality insights on time
