Overview
In this role, you lead enterprise-scale technology transformations within Corporate Technology to drive measurable business growth and better client outcomes. You set strategy, governance, and delivery discipline across multiple workstreams, partnering with engineering, architecture, product, and business leadership. You apply deep technical fluency and data-driven methods to enable scalable, secure, and resilient solutions aligned with strategic priorities. You’ll steer change, coach teams, and ensure benefits realization through rigorous governance and AI/agentic workflow stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and portfolio execution for large-scale, multi-year transformation programs with governance and operating cadence (OKRs/KPIs, executive steering, financial tracking).
- Develop integrated program plans across teams and vendors, detailing requirements, sequencing, milestones, and rollout / cutover planning for on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and business leadership to define scope, value, and success metrics; drive process improvements and adoption at scale.
- Proactively manage risk, dependencies, and delivery health, including escalation and mitigation plans.
- Provide executive reporting and insights with data visualization to communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through workshops, communications, and decision forums to maintain momentum.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and translate best practices into pragmatic transformation approaches.
- Define and enforce enterprise guardrails for AI-assisted workflows, ensuring resilience, security, and auditability.
- Lead pilots and learning loops to evaluate agentic tools and scale successful approaches in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Set enterprise strategy for reuse-first adoption of AI capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation and data sensitivity handling.
- Maintain awareness of agentic tools and translate into practical use cases across Employee Platforms.
Key requirements
- Formal training or certification in technical program management and substantial experience leading technology programs within a large organization.
- Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs spanning multiple teams and stakeholders, including end-to-end delivery and benefits realization.
- Strong strategic and analytical capability with data-driven delivery metrics.
- Deep expertise in risk identification, mitigation, dependency management, and contingency planning.
- Proven ability to drive technology adoption and operating model change.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Executive-level facilitation skills for workshops and decision forums.
- Experience with delivery methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban) and applying the right approach per initiative.
- Strong technical fluency across modern platforms and digital tools for partnership with architecture and engineering teams.
- Comfort assessing AI solution feasibility, integration considerations, and trade-offs in delivery, risk, and control.
- Experience leading safe adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with validation practices and data sensitivity considerations.
