- Lead audit engagements end-to-end including planning, execution and completion
- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Mentor and develop a high-performing audit team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deliver insights to clients
- Contribute to business development and strategic growth of the audit practice
Key requirements
- ACCA/CA/ACA qualification or equivalent
- Significant post-qualification experience in audit
- Proven track record managing complex audit engagements and leading teams
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
