Regional Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will orchestrate regional project flow within a high-velocity, platform-led model. You will act as the regional front door to the global delivery engine, ensuring local needs are captured and translated into consistent outputs. You will partner with regional SPOCs to channel work, manage demand, and drive governance and visibility across the region. This is a chance to shape how cross-functional teams collaborate at scale for luxury automotive brands. You will work in a hybrid, global environment that blends creativity, data, and technology to deliver immersive brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance and orchestration for the region, linking local and regional teams with the global delivery engine
• Act as regional front door with Regional Lead and SPOCs to channel work into the global model
• Capture local market needs and feed insights into the global team
• Lead regional briefing and demand management, ensuring requests are raised, validated, prioritized, and tracked in workflow tools
• Balance regional demand with central delivery capacity to ensure smooth execution
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers with clear escalation paths
• Provide real-time reporting and a single trusted view of regional status against SLAs
• Oversee scope and change control for regional deliverables and timelines
• Continuously improve regional operations and promote adoption of WPP Open and agentic workflows to increase speed and scale

Key requirements

• Orchestration & operating-model fluency in platform-led delivery
• Experience coordinating multi-agency, international teams
• Hands-on use of Workfront, JIRA, WPP Open or equivalent tools
• Deep understanding of local market needs with global consistency
• High operational discipline and governance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
