Overview

As a Program Manager at Quorum Software, you will lead large, multi-geography programs that drive digital transformation in the energy sector. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale projects on time and within budget, balancing agile and traditional PM practices. You’ll mentor project managers, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction while advancing our mission to streamline energy operations. This role offers impact across a fast-growing global company and the opportunity to shape mission-critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of multiple large, enterprise projects at key clients
  • Manage full project lifecycle: scope, cost estimation, scheduling, resourcing, design, metrics, training, closure
  • Supervise PMs to ensure delivery goals are met for multi-team initiatives
  • Budget complex deliveries and manage time/cost accuracy
  • Balance traditional PM with agile approaches for large, complex projects
  • Manage risks, issues, and governance; align outcomes with client expectations
  • Maintain stakeholder communications and ensure project goals within constraints
  • Take accountability for customer satisfaction and risk management

Key requirements

  • University Degree (Engineering or Business preferred); MBA asset
  • Proven experience leading large, multi-geographical teams
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software/web development with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with cross-functional teams (Developers, BAs, QA)
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills under time pressure
  • Understanding of SDLC and ability to blend Agile and traditional PM practices
  • Budgeting, execution, and program management experience
  • Change management knowledge and data/consolidation understanding
  • Programming knowledge (SQL, C++/C#, Java, VB) and systems architecture familiarity
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to travel internationally 30-50%
