Overview

In this role you will manage a small caseload of high-value brain injury claims within a specialist team. You’ll work largely from home with occasional nationwide travel, collaborating with an experienced group to deliver outstanding client care and long-term rehabilitation support. The position focuses on complex multi-track litigation and high-quality outcomes rather than volume. Responsibilities

  • Manage a small caseload of complex, high-value brain injury claims
  • Collaborate with an experienced team to develop case strategy and share knowledge
  • Provide ongoing client care, rehabilitation focus, and liaison with families
  • Maintain strong organizational and communication practices across England and Wales
  • Navigate complex legal and medical issues to achieve favorable outcomes

Key requirements

  • Minimum 6 years PQE with experience in serious and catastrophic injury or related fields
  • Experience handling complex, high-value multi-track claims with challenging causation issues
  • Strong client care, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving capabilities
  • Compassionate, empathetic approach to vulnerable clients and families
  • Willingness to learn and develop brain injury expertise; prior brain injury experience desirable but not required
