Treasury Product Manager (CashPro)

Overview

As CashPro Product Manager you will own the Payments product suite for EMEA within CashPro Online, shaping the strategy and end-to-end lifecycle. You will also lead CashPro Forecasting and Information Reporting, ensuring accuracy and regional alignment with global roadmaps. Collaborating with UX teams and governance functions, you will enhance the user experience and implement robust access controls. This role sits in the Digital Platforms and Channels team, driving client-centric innovations in a multi-channel cash management platform.

Responsibilities

• Own Payments product suite for EMEA: strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle management

Key requirements

• Experience in a comparable financial or payments-focused business, preferably in a technology-based product management role
• Advanced knowledge of treasury services products, platforms, and client back-office processes (payments, cash forecasting, reporting)
• Experience leading or shaping digital UX, including collaboration with UX/UI teams and translating client feedback into requirements
• Cross-border/multi-jurisdictional exposure and understanding of legacy systems
• Technical and non-technical project management skills and ability to drive product development to market
• Risk awareness with ability to manage risk parameters and regulatory changes
