Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global fleet category strategy aligned with operational, financial and sustainability objectives
• Drive outsourcing of the global fleet category to standardise operations and improve efficiencies
• Enable procurement strategies to meet fleet needs while delivering cost savings
• Collaborate with matrixed stakeholder organizations to influence category outcomes
• Lead performance of the fleet category to satisfy the company’s external commitments

Key requirements

• Procurement experience in Global fleet is a must
• Experience driving outsourcing of fleet or similar global category
• Ability to create category strategies for indirect categories in support of operational, financial, and sustainability objectives
• Track record of championing global sustainability objectives across regional stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive program implementation across multi-functional stakeholders across global and local supply chains
• Strong global experience preferred
