Overview

In this role you will serve as Cubic’s senior representative within the British Army Collective Training System, embedded alongside OMNIA and engaging with key defence stakeholders. You’ll translate military insight and market awareness into actionable plans to support current programmes and pursue growth opportunities. You will maintain awareness of the training landscape, shaping future requirements and customer priorities. This position offers the chance to influence both programme delivery and long-term strategy within UK collective training.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Cubic within OMNIA and the wider collective training community
  • Build and maintain relationships with military, civilian, MO D and industry stakeholders
  • Support business development and capture activities through early identification of customer requirements
  • Monitor and communicate developments in the collective training landscape to leadership
  • Identify risks and opportunities affecting programme performance and customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate collaboration between customer stakeholders and Cubic delivery teams
  • Provide regular assessments and recommendations to UK Training leadership
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activities and market developments
  • Undertake travel and participate in events, forums and working groups as required

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience within HQ CTG, HQ LWC, Field Army or related training organisations
  • Strong understanding of Army training structures and governance
  • Proven ability to engage with senior military, civilian and industry stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Army synthetic training and collective training capabilities
  • Experience identifying, assessing and communicating strategic issues and risks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate independently in complex customer environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearances
