You will support planning, delivery, and cross‑functional coordination to drive brand engagement and business growth. The role emphasizes working with marketing, sales, product, and solutions teams to keep campaigns on track and aligned with Colt’s brand voice. Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, web, content, sales enablement)
- Coordinate campaign activities to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and solutions teams to gather inputs and move projects forward
- Manage campaign timelines, trackers, and action plans
- Develop campaign assets (briefs, copy, emails, landing pages, social posts, content assets, sales materials, internal updates)
- Coordinate with external agencies/partners for feedback, approvals, and delivery
- Monitor campaign performance, reporting, engagement metrics, and derive insights and recommendations
- Ensure materials are clear, consistent, and aligned with Colt’s brand voice
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support planning
- Take ownership of assigned activities and manage workload effectively
Key requirements
- Around two years’ experience in marketing, campaigns, or communications in B2B or technology
- Curiosity about technology and its business impact
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confident relationship‑building with a wide range of stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate information into clear messaging
- Proactive, ownership‑minded, and collaborative with the wider team
- Attention to detail and interest in campaign performance and data‑driven decision making
- Experience with marketing technology tools (CRM, CMS, marketing automation, reporting platforms, or project management tools) would be helpful but not essential
